Our RUBIANI Restaurant can be known by the name of “Verona’s hearth” because it is located at the end of LISTON, the left side of PIAZZA BRA’.
The restaurant is overlooking a picturesque small square, with historical palaces and foreshortening of view of the Arena.
There is also a dining room, recently restored, that will amaze you for its originality.
Since about 1970 the owner (Mr Biagio Leo) takes care of the “cuisine”. Together with the chef he proposes Italian specialties, with simple ingredients and flavours, such as POLENTA and SOPRESSA, RAVIOLI with aromatic herbs, RUBIANI SPAGHETTI with prawns and courgettes and other local and national dishes.
